I’m Gabe, a rower and the founder of Freespeed.
In high school, I saw too many of my teammates take supplements without proper guidance and end up with no benefits or unwanted side effects.
I knew there had to be a better way, so I built Freespeed to give rowers evidence-based supplements designed for their sport that they can actually trust.
